服务说明
MealPick 根据位置、预算和偏好生成餐厅建议，并提供朋友投票与外部导航入口。 推荐仅用于帮助做决定，不构成对价格、营业状态、食品安全、服务质量或可订座情况的保证。 出发前请通过店铺或地图服务核实最新信息。
地图与地点内容
中国大陆版本的地点内容来自 Apple MapKit 和 Apple 地图；海外版本的地点内容来自 Google Maps Platform。你使用相应内容时，还须遵守 Apple Maps Terms、 Google Maps Platform Terms 及适用的第三方条款。第三方地点内容的所有权归相应权利人所有，不得抓取、批量复制或另建地点数据库。
朋友投票与使用规范
请勿使用投票链接发布违法、侵权、骚扰或欺骗性内容，也不要干扰服务正常运行。 投票房间仅用于短期协作，最长保留 24 小时；请勿将其视为永久记录或紧急通信工具。
购买
金饭票为 App Store 内购项目，价格和可用范围以购买时 App Store 显示为准。 付款、退款与恢复购买由 Apple 规则处理。除适用法律另有规定外，MealPick 不单独处理银行卡或退款。
责任限制与变更
在适用法律允许的范围内，MealPick 不对第三方地点数据的临时错误、店铺变化、网络中断或由此产生的间接损失负责。 我们可能为安全、合规或产品改进而更新服务与条款；重大变化会通过本页面或应用更新说明告知。

MealPick Terms of Use
By using MealPick, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
MealPick suggests restaurants from your location, budget, and preferences, and provides friend voting and links to external directions. Recommendations help you decide; they do not guarantee prices, opening status, food safety, service quality, or availability. Confirm important details with the place or map provider before you go.
Maps and place content
Place content in mainland China is provided by Apple MapKit and Apple Maps. International place content is provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of that content is also subject to the Apple Maps Terms, the Google Maps Platform Terms, and applicable third-party terms. Do not scrape, bulk copy, or build a separate place database from third-party map content.
Friend votes and acceptable use
Do not use vote links for illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive activity, or to interfere with the service. Vote rooms are short-lived collaboration tools and are retained for no more than 24 hours. Do not rely on them as permanent records or emergency messaging.
Purchases
The international version may offer a monthly plan with 30 searches per billing month and a consumable pack with 20 additional searches. The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled through your Apple account. Monthly searches reset at renewal; search-pack credits do not reset each month. Prices and availability are shown by the App Store at purchase time. Apple handles payment, subscription management, and refunds. Monthly plans can be restored through the app; consumable purchases are not restored by Apple. MealPick does not process your bank card details.
Changes and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MealPick is not responsible for temporary errors in third-party place data, business changes, network interruptions, or resulting indirect losses. We may update the service or these terms for safety, compliance, or product improvements, with material changes communicated on this page or in release information.
