MealPick 吃啥隐私政策
MealPick 吃啥是一款帮助用户根据当前位置、预算和偏好推荐附近餐厅的应用。 我们重视你的隐私，本政策说明我们如何处理与你使用本应用相关的信息。
我们收集或使用的信息
- 位置数据：当你授权后，应用会使用你的当前位置，用于计算附近餐厅、 显示距离、推荐附近美食和发起地图导航。
- 偏好信息：你在应用内选择的预算、关键词、城市或商圈会用于生成推荐结果。
- 反馈信息：如果你点击“就它了”“不想去”等反馈，应用可能会在本机记录这些选择， 用于减少重复推荐和改善体验。
- 朋友投票信息：当你发起或参与朋友投票时，服务端会在投票有效期内保存投票房间标识、 匿名投票标识、票数和拍板状态。中国大陆版本的候选地点会保存 24 小时内使用的最小快照 （Apple 地点标识、店名、品类、发起时距离、导航坐标和电话，如有）；海外版本仅保存 Google Place ID， 店名和品类在页面打开时由 Google Places 即时读取，不在 MealPick 服务端保存。
第三方服务
中国大陆版本使用 Apple MapKit 和 Apple 地图服务提供地点搜索、地点解析和导航能力； 海外版本使用 Google Places Platform 提供附近地点、价格等级、评分、电话及营业时间等可用信息。 使用相关功能时，完成查询所需的位置或地点标识会发送给相应地图服务，并分别按照 Apple 隐私政策或 Google 隐私政策处理。
应用内购买由 Apple App Store 处理，并使用 RevenueCat 同步购买和恢复购买状态。 MealPick 不会获取你的银行卡信息或 Apple ID 密码。
我们如何使用信息
- 根据当前位置或你选择的地点推荐附近餐厅。
- 计算餐厅与你之间的距离或预计出行信息。
- 根据预算和偏好筛选更合适的推荐。
- 在你选择导航时，按地点来源打开 Apple 地图或 Google Maps。
我们不会做什么
- 不会出售你的个人信息。
- 不会将你的定位用于广告追踪。
- 不会在未经你授权的情况下持续获取后台定位。
- 不会把第三方地图地点数据沉淀为自有餐厅数据库。
数据保存
当前版本不要求注册账号。偏好和反馈主要保存在你的设备本地。卸载应用后，本地数据通常会随应用删除。 朋友投票房间在服务端的有效期最长为 24 小时，到期后删除房间快照和投票数据。 如果未来增加账号、云同步或统计分析功能，我们会更新本政策并在必要时重新征得授权。
你的选择
你可以在 iOS “设置”中关闭 MealPick 吃啥的位置权限。关闭后，应用仍可使用城市或商圈选择功能， 但附近推荐和距离计算可能不再准确。

MealPick Privacy Policy
MealPick helps people choose nearby restaurants using their location, budget, and preferences. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information we use
- Location: with permission, your location is used to find nearby places, calculate distance, and start directions.
- Preferences: budget, tags, city, and selected area are used to make a recommendation.
- Feedback: picks and rejected places may be stored on your device to reduce repetition and improve later recommendations.
- Friend votes: while a vote is active, our server stores a room ID, anonymous voter IDs, vote totals, and final status. Mainland China rooms keep a minimum Apple Maps place snapshot for up to 24 hours. International rooms store only Google Place IDs; names and categories are retrieved live and are not stored on MealPick servers.
Third-party services
The mainland China version uses Apple MapKit and Apple Maps. The international version uses Google Maps Platform for available place information such as price level, rating, phone number, and opening hours. Queries are handled under the Apple Privacy Policy or Google Privacy Policy. App Store purchases are processed by Apple, while RevenueCat synchronizes purchase and restore status. MealPick does not receive your bank card details or Apple ID password.
Retention and your choices
MealPick currently does not require an account. Preferences and feedback are primarily stored on your device. Vote rooms and their temporary snapshots are deleted after no more than 24 hours. We do not sell personal information, use location for advertising tracking, collect background location without permission, or build a proprietary POI database from third-party map data. You can change location access in iOS Settings at any time.
